Dear Reader,

We sent a number of comments / trackbacks / pingbacks to the UKAJI's blog. None were published.

Here is the first one:

Rob Brehens (Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman)

In his presentation to those attending the event he spoke of the huge success of ombudsman schemes but darkly of the, "indiscipline of ombuds commentators and lobbyists."

So we asked - could Rob Brehens shed some light on his predecessor's threat to the Ombudsmans61percent Campaign that she would prosecute us should we publish the PHSO's finding in our complaint about Ombudsman Services:Property?

Dame Julie Mellor less than helpfully told us to ask our solicitor when we asked her what this prosecution would entail - incarceration in The Tower of London? A fine? Both? We explained we couldn't afford a solicitor as we'd been financially ruined by the Ombudsman Services:Property ombudsman's illogical Final Decision.

We did say to our then MP, Oliver Colvile, that an ombudsman investigating another ombudsman wasn't a good idea - rigged from the start - and so it proved to be.

Is this what Rob Brehens means by, "indiscipline" in the ranks of commentators and lobbyists> If so, we're proudly undisciplined.

CONCLUSION:
It's time for a public inquiry into Ombudsman Services:Property and the role played by the PHSO in its cover-up.
