Replying to Martin S Lewis we pointed out that an ombudsman who repeatedly arrived at decisions in, "an illogical manner" (DJS Research - Customer Satisfaction Reports for Ombudsman Services) is shameful and unsuited 4 office yet the govt did nothing to protect consumers.
