While I can see a symbolic/marketing benefit. I dont see how it "eases the burden". 

It doesn't change whats repaid each mth nor, for all but highest earning grads, whats repaid in total? Theres better ways to help."

4) The setting up of truly; speedy, fair and independent ombudsmen schemes.
